The Video IVR provides much more features compared to the voice IVR, such as menu list display, and video previews.
ELUON has added video functions to the traditional voice and sound based IVR system. While subscribers must have heard to the menu one by one on the traditional voice IVR, they can simply input the menu number displayed on their phone screen with the Video IVR service. It may also provide end user customers an enhanced video customer care service for upgraded user experience.
ELUON Video IVR supports both WCDMA and VoIP. It also supports text overlay function so that the operator can insert text menus on the screen. ELUON standard scenario editor is provided to enable the operator to easily modify the IVR scenario tree on GUI.
